These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CoinVoila iOS application and the website at coinvoila.com (together, the "Service"). CoinVoila is a private, invite-only application. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service is provided to invited users only; there is no public sign-up at this time. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Accounts may be created, suspended, or removed by us.

2. Acceptable use

CoinVoila does not guarantee the accuracy of any pricing and is not responsible for decisions made based on it. Pricing data remains subject to the rights of its provider.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data to operate the Service for you and the other invited users of your workspace.
